How Therapy Can Help

Through therapy, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your sense of self and build self-compassion. We’ll look at the patterns and beliefs that have shaped your identity and self-esteem, and work on connecting with your authentic values and needs. Over time, you can feel more confident in who you are, embrace your strengths, and make choices that reflect your true self.

Sometimes it feels like you’re wearing different masks to fit in, keep others happy, or avoid judgment. You may wonder who you really are behind the roles you play—partner, friend, parent, employee—or feel unsure of what you want and value in life. This can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, questioning your choices, or constantly seeking approval from others.
